Land seismic data acquisition using conventional seismic systems faces many challenges, including

-       HSE risks due to the number of field crew needed to deploy, operate and retrieve systems

-       Logistical issues related to the volume and weight of equipment that is often deployed in extreme terrain

-       Channel count limitations due to system design and hardware constraints

-       Complexity of keeping systems operational over long duration projects

-       High overall survey costs

Driven by our vision of safe and highly efficient land seismic acquisition, we have developed a new, autonomous nodal land seismic system that aims to address these challenges.

By focusing on the simplest seismic system design that delivers the key functionality, we aim to achieve the lightest, lowest cost and easiest to operate land seismic nodal system that is also capable of supporting the huge channel counts required for dense 3D surveys.

The resulting nodal system has matured from prototype to commercial product and has been successfully deployed in multiple field trails and commercial projects globally in a range of environments and configurations.
